George Majdalani, Managing Partner at Stephan Pyles Concepts (Flora Street Café and Stampede 66) is responsible for directing overall restaurant operations, overseeing a world-class wine and beverage program and maintaining service standards attributable to a 5-star dining experience.
Majdalani began working with Chef Stephan Pyles as General Manager of both Star Canyon and AquaKnox. His responsibilities have included finances, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising day-to-day operations. Majdalani also assisted the ownership team in creating a new 5-star restaurant concept.
Prior to joining Stephan Pyles Concepts, Majdalani served as Director of Food & Beverage for Hotel ZaZa in Dallas. At Hotel ZaZa, he assisted the ownership team and Chef Pyles in establishing Dragonfly as a 5-star restaurant.
While serving in a management role for M Crowd Restaurant Group, Majdalani was responsible for creating a new division of fine dining. During his tenure with M Crowd, he opened two new concepts (Chop House in Fort Worth and Paris Vendome in Dallas) and The Mercury in The Shops at Willow Bend. Majdalani also assisted with the publishing of Chef Chris Ward’s cookbook, Restaurant Life. Majdalani has also served in managerial roles at Morton’s of Chicago (Dallas), Sfuzzi and Hotel Crescent Court’s Beau Nash restaurant.
